President Muhammadu Buhari Attends The 3rd Gas Exporting Countries Forum Summit

The Third Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) Summit opened in Tehran, Iran on Monday 24th November with the heads of several member States in attendance.

Hosted by His Excellency, Dr. Hassan Feridon Rouhani, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Summit was attended by Algeria, Bolivia, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Iran, Libya, Nigeria, Qatar, Russia, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela as well as Azerbaijan, Iraq, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman and Peru as Observers.

The President of the Ministerial Meeting of the GECF His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, Minister of State, Petroleum Resources the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Dr. S.M. Hossein Adeli,  Secretary General of the Forum attended the Summit.
